eVisa Albania is a private, expert-led facilitation agency. We are not a government body.

Business Hours Protocol: A "Business Day" is strictly defined as 8 working hours (09:00 to 17:00 CET), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Republic of Albania public holidays.

Express Service Disclaimer (24 Business Hours): You explicitly acknowledge that 24 business hours equate to 3 full business days. For example, an application submitted on a Friday afternoon will be finalized by the following Wednesday.

Liability for Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by state server maintenance, government holidays, or technical issues within the Albanian electronic visa infrastructure.
